 Ensuring everyone is sharing their updates during the meeting

o Book Swap dates: 1pm-4pm on November 10th (Wednesday)
 College of Arts and Sciences is willing to sponsor (i.e. fund something,
provide food/drink) but is expecting this to be our event
 To consider today: how will we go about getting books/advertising?
o Volunteer Event: November 17th
 This will be with College of Arts and Sciences

 I’m waiting on a table confirmation before sending emails.
 I sent out acceptances today, will be sending out rejections at 11am
tomorrow if I don’t hear back from the Healthy Carolina
coordinator.
 Coming up in November: Healthy Carolina shifts
 Grace wants us to have something that represents our team
o Alex and I thought we could do SusCaro tote bags? Paint
them with a stencil during a meeting before? We could just
do these for the Market that falls right before Thanksgiving
for the sake of quantity.
o What other “thing” should we have? Recycled craft
instructions?
