DISTRICT ONLINE ORIENTATION ON LEARNING DELIVERY MODALITIES ( LDM 2 )

FOR SCHOOL LEADERS AND TEACHERS

1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 157, s. 2020, the District of Calumpit North will conduct the
Online Orientation on Learning Delivery Modalities ( LDM 2 ) for School Leaders and Teachers under the Basic
Education – Learning Continuity Plan ( BE-LCP ) via Google Meet.

2. The conduct of the activity aims to:

a. provide school leaders and teachers with first-hand information on the contents of the LDM2
package, the processes involved in its conduct and the expected outputs constituting means of
verifying accomplishments across stages of implementation;
b. establish roles and functions / terms of reference of all parties directly involved in the
implementation of LDM2; and
c. conceptualize LAC as a potent avenue to talk about and discuss issues , challenges and
concerns affecting project implementation and agree on the decision that will help improve
concurrent practices.

3. The orientation of LDM2 is detailed as follows:

4. The Matrix of the Online Orientation is herein provided as Enclosure No. 1, while the TWG is
provided as Enclosure No. 2.

5. It is advised that the all participants must access this link for the pre-registration:

6. Further, participants are required to follow the following procedures in joining the online
orientation:
a. Situate in a location with stable internet connection.
b. Log-in 15 minutes before the schedule
c. Be presentable. Wear proper attire.
d. If possible, wear earphones or headsets with microphones to minimize background noise.
e. Once the orientation begins, turn off microphones and cameras
f. Use the chat box for questions or clarifications.
g. Avoid multi-tasking or doing other chores while attending the online orientation
h. Stay attentive. Pay attention to the speaker and jot down important notes.

7. Wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
