PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY (PLC) ACTION CELL FOR THE
IMPLEMENTATION OF LEARNING DELIVERY MODALITIES FOR TEACHERS

Tinambac South District Region V (Bicol)
Program Description: School based PLC is primarily intended to establish a
professional learning community for the teachers in relation
to the implementation of the Learning Delivery Modalities for
SY 2021-2022 anchored on the Basic Education Learning
Continuity Plan of the Department of Eduaction
Date/Duration: October 2021- June 2022
Mode of Goggle Meet/Zoom Meeting,
Delivery/Duration/Level of Online Group meetings thru Social Media Interaction
Management: Limited Face-to-Face Sessions,

Values: Camaraderie/Honesty/Patience/Innovativeness/Reflectiveness
Resourcefulness

Competencies: Instructional, Data Gathering, Fellowship

Beneficiaries Direct (Teachers): 13 Senior High School Teachers

Proposed Budget: Session Materials= P 3,000.00

Food/Refreshments= P 5,000.00

Activities: Pre-Implementation:
1. Organize the learning action cell team.

2. Implement the unified/ contextualized strategies and or

innovations in MDL

3. Prepare the session/training materials and coordinate for

 possible venue for limited face-to-face meetings

During Implementation:
1. Conduct the LAC sessions using the
suitable online platforms
2. Limited face-to-face LAC session may
be conducted with observance of the
basic health protocol

Post Implementation:
4. Prepare and final reports and portfolios.
5. Conduct program monitoring and evaluation.
