1. Ang Purok ng Calumpit North District ay nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Nutrition Month

Celebration na may temang “ Timbang Iwasto sa Tamang Nutrisyon at Ehersisyo”, kaya’t isa sa
programa ay ang pagdaraos ng Pampurok na 2015 Munting Binibining Nutrisyon sa ika- 3 ng Hulyo
ganap na ika-1:00 ng hapon sa Pascual O. Cruz Memorial Elementary School.

2. Layunin:
a. maipakita ang larawan ng isang batang malusog sa pangangatawan at kaisipan
b.maipamalas ang angking talino
c. maipakita ang talento

3. Ang maaaring sumali ay ang mga batang mag-aaral sa pampublikong paaralan na nasa edad
10-12 taong gulang, may tamang timbang, taas, makinis na kutis at kumpleto ang ngipin.

4. Ang limang batang mananalo mula 4th runner up hanggang 2015 Munting Binibining
Nutrisyon ng Calumpit North District ay muling lalaban sa Calumpit South District upang makuha
ang 2015 Munting Binibining Nutrisyon ng Bayan ng Calumpit sa ika- 10 ng Hulyo, 2015.

5. Kalakip ang enklosyur 1 na naglalaman ng Komite ng Patimpalak.

6. Inaasahan ang pakikilahok ng lahat at pagtalima sa memorandum na ito.

This is to request your good office of contractual teachers to be funded by LSB in

Calumpit North District. In regards of increasing pupils’ population of some schools
wherein there is really a need of additional teachers to assure quality education. In
this school year, we need five (5) teachers to accommodate the following schools:

2. Frances Elementary School Additional 1 teacher for 54 pupils
3. Bulusan Elementary School Additional 1 teacher for 50 pupils

served in two schools for 30 pupils
in each school
5. GUGO/POCMES 1 Kindergarten teacher who will
served in two schools for 30 pupils
in each school
6.MEYSULAO Elementary School Additional 1 teacher for 40 pupils
