When- implikuje, ze akcja się powtarza, jest to jakiś zwyczaj, więc preent simple, a nie continuous

Short answers niezależnie od czasu (przeszły, przyszły, itp.) tworzymy:

Yes/no, kto, czasownik posiłkowy z pytania (ew. W przeczeniu)

Does she like ice cream?

No, she doesn’t.
