personnel were observed to be religiously compliant to the standard and mandatory
minimum health protocol.
2) CLEANLINESS IN RANKS : All personnel were all accounted for, with no PNP
personnel found to have unauthorized absences, no personnel detailed without order,
no personnel without leave, no personnel deployed without proof, No detailed PNP
personnel to Candidates and Other Private Individuals (OPIs). There was no one
found to have violated the LOI "Tamang Bihis" during the inspection. It can be said
that PNP personnel under PRO 1 and assigned in different units/ stations greatly
improved their proper personal grooming.
