ANNOTATION
I have attached my Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating
sheet from my synchronous teaching Classroom Observation 1 and 2
observations for objective 4. I received a grade of 7, indicating that
indicator 3 is important to me: effective verbal and nonverbal
classroom communication strategies to support learning
comprehension, participation, engagement, and achievement.

ANNOTATION
I've attached my Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet from my
LAC Sessions of Classroom Observations 1 and 2, with indicator 4
highlighted. My ratings are both 7, indicating that I have consistently
implemented policies, guidelines, and procedures to create safe and secure
learning environments in order to improve learning. I've also attached
screenshots of my posts and announcements about important reminders to
my advisees via Facebook group chat or group texts. I encourage them to
complete their performance tasks well in all subjects, such as video
recording, podcasting, writing and others, in order to receive a good grade.
I remind them to strictly adhere to health and safety protocols and arrive on
time to school at every retrieval and distribution of modules, outputs, and
activities.

ANNOTATION
My Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet from my LAC
Session teaching observations of Classroom Observations 1 and 2 is
attached, with indicator 5 highlighted. My ratings are both 7 because
I have maintained learning environments that promote fairness,
respect, and care in order to encourage learning. I've also attached
screenshots of my conversations with parents or guardians and
students who aren't consistently submitting work by the deadline.
Home visits are the best option if you are unable to contact the
students. They should all be given the opportunity to discuss issues or
communicate in any way that is available to them.

ANNOTATION
For this objective, I chose Set A as my MOV. Some of my
supplementary materials for creating learning environments that
nurture and inspire students to participate, cooperate, and
collaborate in lifelong learning are attached. I discovered a lesson in
a self-learning module that encourages learners to collaborate. They
will be guided not only by their teachers, but also by their parents and
guardian, as they complete the activities listed in the module. Video
lessons can also help students learn. My MELC-based video lesson
was saved to the drive, posted to my Facebook Page, and distributed
via our group chats. Videos provide a more engaging sensory
experience than print materials alone.

ANNOTATION
For objective 8, I chose Set A, as evidenced by the various strategies I
used in my lesson plan. To encourage my students to get up and
participate in classroom experiments, I used visualization in the form
of pictures, audio clips, and videos. Cooperative learning encourages
students of varying abilities to collaborate through small group or
whole-class activities. Inquiry-based learning is also one of the
approaches that poses thought-provoking questions, encouraging
your students to think for themselves and become more independent
learners. Students are differentiated based on their abilities to ensure
that no one falls behind. Incorporating technology into your classroom
instruction effectively engages your students, especially 21st-century
learners. Combining these teaching methods would assist me in
motivating students to work.

ANNOTATION
I chose Set B as my MOVs for this objective. Attached is my
Classroom Observation Tool (COT) rating sheet from my synchronous
teaching observations of Classroom Observations 1 and 2 (limited
face-to-face). Indicator 7 is highlighted. My ratings are 7 because I
used a variety of effective strategies to maintain a learning
environment that motivates learners to work productively by taking
responsibility for their own learning. Here are some photos from my
observations that demonstrate the students' active participation. My
MELC-based lesson plan used a variety of teaching strategies to
encourage students to work harder and reach their full potential. The
activities highlighted are the strategies in teaching that I find
compelling and effective based on the MELC.
