Very varied experience presented i.e. from Research Fellow in Taiwan in 2010 for 4 months to Business Strategy for
Yum Brands back to India, to back to Japan working in Project Management, to shifting to NYC as Product Manager to
IBM just for 3 months (?), to becoming an Investment Associate for Huobi Capital in China for 2 months to becoming a
summer associate at Technisys in Brazil for two months again. This short two months’ assignment seem more of
projects done while doing MBA, because Stanford MBA is shown being done from 2017 to 2019

Apart from LinkedIn Profile for education and works following are other observations about family business &
brothers

1) The businesses mentioned Rising Resin as One of Top Producers of Resin Chemicals which doesn’t seems, as a
study of Indiamart Profile show turnover of 50 Lacs to 1 Crore for this business. The products mentioned on
Indiamart are chemicals that need high investment to manufacture and turnover should have been in multiple

a. A newly established partnership firm in 2019 of Rising Resin seems to be a small turnover business as
only been 3 years
b. Brother Gaurav Bansal is a CA, on making calls to CA fraternity no one has heard of their CA firm as, so
may be a small firm as he is supposedly also handling this chemicals business with third brother

c. LinkedIn Profile pic of his brother Gaurav Bansal
2) The other business mentioned Shubh Laxmi Trading also seems
to be regular small business as no references have come back
from market for this. Claimed to be Top Distributor of FMCG
products in Jaipur is a little over selling
3) 5 Years back brother Gaurav Bansal was looking for a Job, then
he had his own firm, a chemicals business and a distribution
business between the two brothers Kuldeep and Gaurav

4) LinkedIn profile of Deepak show 3440 followers, but profile is locked, and not a single public post, article or
write up has been done, which is very strange.
5) Deepak only has one Endorsement event though he
has more than 3400 followers on LinkedIn.

6) The overall impression


a. Highly Varied education cum work experience observed from close scrutiny on LinkedIn profile.
b. Both Social Media and FB profiles are locked.
c. None of the Baniya family contacts we have, including some highly networked ones, have any idea
about this person or his family or their Business in Jaipur which is a bit strange.
d. LNMIIT is a regular private university at Jaipur, dropping out from IIT Mumbai should have had a very
strong reason.
e. Jaipuriya Vidyala School is not a very renowned school.
