Course Skills Evaluation Audit

Identify the main skills you think you need to improve upon in YEAR 2. Choose from:

Technical - such as using cameras, software, IT etc.

Academic – such as writing, research etc.

Communication – such working in a team, speaking, listening etc.

Personal skills – such focus, perseverance, meeting deadlines etc.

You might find you can improve in more than one particular area so try be as honest with
yourself as possible.

1i need to learn how to time manage properly as its something I really struggle with.
This is bad as it means that sometimes I can struggle to get things done when they
need to be.

2 maintain focus I really need to improve on this as in lessons or when doing work I get
distracted so easily and just forget what I am doing or loose concertation

3 I also need to improve on my cinema 4D skills as I am not very confident with them,
this is important that I need to make sure I have a good understanding of it

4 I also need to work on my decisiveness and this because sometimes in situations I get
confused what to and where to go with my work because I am not sure what the best
road to go down is

5 one other skill that will help me with good time management will be the ability to plan,
this will allow me to understand what I am doing and when I need it done by.

6 I also struggle with the desire to learn and improve and I think this is because I cant
maintain a focus which means that I cant keep concentration on what I am learning

7 I need to refine my photoshop skills, but I think this is because we haven’t spent ages
doing photoshop yet

8 I need to refine my premier pro skills, but I think this is because we haven’t spent ages
on the software

9 I need to work on my use of green screen a lot but mainly because we haven’t done
any green screen work

10 I also need to work on my camera skills. I am not very confident with this because
when we have used the camera others have used it instead of me
