PROJECT NAME: Jacela Residence 3 storey with basement
PROJECT ADDRESS: 19 Palmera street, Valle Verde 4, Pasig city

PROGRESS

• Mobilisation 11-16-21
• Board up, front and permitter fence.
• Excavation of basement 90%
• Submitted the proposed structural plans
• Held meeting last December 6 to discuss structural plans issues and concern.

SITE

• Water meter is inside the property line subject for relocation

• Rear Fence will be needed to hold the soil backfill at the pool area.
• Storm drainage can be directly flow through directly to the creak and will not pass thru the
sumpit

BUILDING

• current progress – what has occurred this month (see progress photos)
• submitted proposed (structural plan advance copy) subject for review by third party
consultant
• Ready for foundation construction, subject for the consultant comments prior to proceed.

FINACIAL PROGRESS
• for update

SCHEDULE
• Start November 16, 2021, completion December 16, 2022.

PROGRAM
• Awaiting comments on submitted structural plans.
• Ordering and delivery of construction materials once structural plans received final comments
from the third party consultant.
• On going layout of basement.
