4. One invigilator for every block of 40 candidates or part thereof.
5. One relieving invigilator for every ten blocks or part thereof.
6. One typist cum clerk irrespective of number of examinees.
7. One stationery store clerk (for maintenance of exam stationery and for dispatch of answer books)
8. Additional One Clerk, if student strength is more than 500
9. Two peons for the office of the Chief Superintendent.
10. Additional One Peon, if student strength is more than 500
11. One block peon for each group of five blocks (200 students) or part thereof.

(14) Student found having written on Annulment of the performance of the student

depending upon the gravity of the offence.
(16) If on previous occasion a disciplinary action was taken against a student for
malpractice used at examination and he/she is caught again for malpractices used
at the examinations, in the second event he/she shall be dealt with severely.
Enhanced punishment can be imposed on such students. This enhanced
punishment may extend to double the quantum of punishment provided for the
offence, when the offence is committed at second or subsequent examination.
(17) Practical/Disseration/Project Report Examination: Student involved in malpractices
at Practical/ Dissertation/ Project Report examinations shall be dealt with as per the
punishment provided for the theory examination.
(18) The Competent Authority, in addition to the above mentioned punishments, may
impose a fine on the student declared guilty.
