    Second Grading Performance Task in TLE

    Grade 7

    Performance Standards: Demonstrate knowledge and skills in food and beverage service related to
    napkin folding in accordance with the proper procedures and guidelines

    Product/Performance: Napkin Folding


    Guidelines:
    1. Choose three Napkin Folding that you’re to create for performance task. (Ex. Christmas tree,
    Bunny, and Rose Buds). Take a photo with you while performing the napkin folding and add
    the step or procedure.
    2. Include the following details in your performance task
     Name, Grade and Section
     Pictures and Steps/Procedure
     Picture of each finish table napkin folding.
    3. You can create using cloth or paper napkin. You can search in youtube for the tutorial.

    How to pass your work?

    1. Send your PETA in LMS only. Do not send it FACEBOOK or GMAIL.


    2. Put your PETA either on MS Word, MS PPT or Canva. Just convert it in pdf before passing it in
    LMS. Deduction for those who didn’t follow the instruction properly,
    3. Deadline of Submission is until Dec 18, 2021.

    How will the teacher check your work?

    1. You will be graded using the criteria below.

    Creativity 30%

    Time Management 20%
