SUBJECT: Serial Numbers for Equipment

I’m writing to remind you that I need the serial numbers to all equipment (fitness, dryers,

washers, etc.) inside the hotels.

Within the next few weeks, we will be looking into the equipment you currently have and make

any changes needed.

It is highly important that we receive this information right away to ensure there are no recalls or

defects. It also means we can update any outdated equipment to further improve the hospitality

that we provide to our guests.

If you have any questions regarding other equipment, we may need the serial numbers to, do not

hesitate to reach out.

I expect to see this information between October 14, 2022, and October 21, 2022.
