Description

The Indigenous People (IP) are distinct social and cultural


groups. They also inherit and practitioners that preserve the


different unique culture and traditions, thus, their existence
assembles the Filipino to formally acknowledge and appreciate
the history. Therefore, we must help and care for them as part
of the community.
Description

This program is about proper hygiene that mainly focuses on bathing,


hand washing and toothbrushing.
We, the Paulinian Nursing-Students
specifically our group would like to help regarding the current situation of
the Mamanwa children in terms of proper hygiene and well-being in a little
way based on our capability which ignited our desire to pursue this
particular undertaking Titled “Proyektong 4Ks: Kailangan ang wastong
Kalinisan tungo sa Kalusugan at Kaligtasan.” focuses on the Mamanwa
children particularly the Grades 1-4 pupils of Calderon Village Elementary
School situated at Sitio file Barangay Mat-i Surigao City with a total of 20
pupils. C

Considering awareness regarding proper hygiene is

vulnerable to illness. Inadequate knowledge and materials
pertinent to proper hygiene may lead to being easily
affected. This will nurture the students in helping them to
learn how to observe proper hygiene to prevent from any
ailments or diseases.
Objectives

This project addresses the problem of the Mamanwa


pupils relative to proper hygiene in which they need guidance
and assistance to maintain good health and well-being. Thus,
we, The Paulinian student-nurses specifically our group,
conceptualize this endeavor which basically aims to equip them
with relevant knowledge, lifelong skills and values.
