REFLECTIVE ESSAY
Guide Questions:
1. How do you see yourself successful in UNC? What purposeful goal would you like to achieve?
2. Share your significant insightful learnings, experiences that you gained so far, in attending series
of webinars and plenary (History of UNC), and the visit of INA to UNC campus.
3. What new innovative idea have you introduced to your peers/classmates, your friends, your
organizations or to yourself? Did it widen your horizon by becoming a member of various
organizations? (Thinking outside the box)
I see myself successful in UNC because I have a lot of interpersonal skills and I can be a good
leader. I am also very hardworking and I am willing to do anything for the team.
I am able to work well with other people and can make them feel comfortable. Being a leader
will help me in this case because I know how to motivate others, how to keep them focused on
tasks and how to delegate any task that is not worth doing by yourself. Moreover, I believe that if
we work as a team, we can achieve more than if we work individually.
The first step is to figure out what you want to achieve. It's important that you do this before you
start working on your goal. After all, if you don't know why you want to do something, it's not
going to be as effective as it could be.
Some people have a hard time figuring out their goals. They have a vague idea of what they want
but they can't put it into words. They might think they know what they want but when they try to
explain it to someone else, the words just don't come out right.
Another reason people don't know what they want is because they don't know how to ask for it or
how to get it. If you're not willing to ask for what you want, then how are you going to get it?
You need to be clear about your goals and make sure that everyone knows about them so that
everyone knows what needs to happen in order for those goals to be achieved.
2.
I have been attending the webinar series and plenary for History of UNC. It has been an excellent
opportunity to learn more about the history of our university and also gain insights from other
alumni who are passionate about their alma mater.
I learned that there are many people who contributed to the development of our university. It was
also interesting to know how much money we have spent on our university, and how many
buildings we have constructed so far.
I am looking forward to learn more about INA, its role in the history of UNC, and how it will
change the lives of students today.
