LEARNING PLAN in GRADE 7 HEALTH

EXPLORE
This quarter analyzes how one can appropriately manage the issues and challenges of adolescence in
achieving holistic health. In the course of exploring this quarter, you will discover the interplay among
the different dimensions of holistic health and different health habits needed to achieve holistic health.
In addition, you will learn that changes in health dimensions are a normal part of growing up. You will
also learn to apply appropriate coping and managing skills to face adolescent issues and concerns.
Likewise, you will also learn how to do health appraisal procedures to assess your health status.

As you continue to explore, consider this question: How can one manage adolescents' health
concerns and challenges of growth and development?
