What did the video say about mental health?

It says that physical and mental health are the same and should be treated as such, in fact, they
are connected, in addition the fact of having good mental health decreases suicides since many
of these are due to poor mental health, because they were never prepared to take care of her. In
schools they teach health aids such as CPR, however, they do not help improve mental health
and if this were done at the time it could help many people to end up with the following concept
"it's always fine, it's not to be well and it is always good to take a break”.

What do you think about the importance of mental health since your role as a UNIMINUTO
Student?

I think that mental health is very important, because from there we will be able to have more
confidence when making decisions in all aspects that arise in life, from the most basic to those
that demand a lot of us.
What could you tell to people who don't care about their mental health?

That they should be concerned about the things that they normally observe and hear in their
environment, that is, take care of what you consume to mold yourself as a person.
