The dry-run for the Division Virtual Learning Training for Student, occurred on
November 17, 2021 at 1:00 PM with the presence of Mr. John Jayson Cainlang and Mr.
Rex O. Gonzales, together with Mr. Noel Merino. The dry-run was led by Mr. Louie
Baculo and Ms. Maan Barreto. The dry-run followed the string of events:

Seperate session was done on the morning.

Moderators and the three panelists are excluded.

Rehearsal of hosts’ scripts.

Revision for unnecessary and redundant word use remarked by Sir Louie. Assigning of
introductory per guest speaker.

Checking for technical issues and other conflicts that may encounter during the actual
broadcast.
Presentation of slides per program part; Missing certificates of other guest speakers. Unstable
connection of guest speakers such as fickle audio of Mr. Ian Lonceras during the question-and-
answer portion of the program.

Examination of the duration per part of the program.

Games and ice breaker duration took slightly longer than the allotted time. (20 minutes for the
quiz and 10 minutes for the guess the movie)
Question and answer portion with the panelists took almost two hours due to some redundant
thoughts of some questions thrown by the hosts. Allocated time for the actual discussion and Q
and A of the three panelists must only consume 45 minutes thus limiting the questions to be
asked by five.

Scripts provided by Mr. Michael Peñamente for the zoom and facebook group moderators.
Links and other response such as reminders and link for the attendance for the actual program
were provided for rapid response.
