The Little Red Hen

By: Patricia Sutton
The little red hen took her basket of eggs and
went to the ten-cent store.
She traded her eggs for a vest and a jet and a pet
that she just adored.
She put on her vest and got in her jet with her
pet, which she named Ted. They flew round the
bend and became good friends and that’s how the
story ends.
