COURSE TITLE: P.E.

1 (Physical Fitness)
COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to expose the students in many fitness activities. Through this variety of fitness skills, one
will be more knowledgeable as to process of continued fitness throughout one’s lifetime. The course is also intended
to introduce the students to the method of procedure for teaching fitness, nutritional health, and general wellness
principles. Students will complete as assessment measuring aerobics fitness, strength, flexibility and nutrition.
COURSE CREDIT: Two (2) units

COURSE OBJECTIVES: At the end of the course, the students should be able to develop skills competencies and apply an understanding of
rules, skills and strategies of various activities

7. Course Description : This course will enable the students to discover their strength and wellness through diagnostic physical
fitness testing and appropriate conditioning exercises. The course is also intended to introduce the students to the method of procedure for
teaching fitness, nutritional health, and general wellness principles. Students will complete as assessment measuring aerobics fitness,
strength, flexibility and nutrition.

13. Course Requirements:


Students must earn 70% or higher in order to pass the course. Requirements submitted, examination taken, and the student’s portfolio
will be evaluated accordingly.

15. Classroom Policies:


Aside from academic deficiency, other grounds for a failing grade are:
 Grave misconduct and/or cheating during examination.
 Unexcused absences of more than 20% of required number of meetings per term.
 A Failing academic standing and failure to take the final examination.

A. During the video call, students should be properly dressed. (Presentable T-shirt, not sando, nor sleeveless blouse).
