SITE INSPECTION CHECKLIST


Instructions:
 Considering the type of event being planned (Week 6: 05 Task Performance), create a site inspection checklist
by filling out the criteria and indicators similar to the table below (in MS Word or any similar app). Provide
additional criteria, if necessary.
 Only the group/committee leader must upload your output in 07 Activity 1 – ARG section in the eLMS.
