My father took me to Pragati Industries, an automobile assembly

plant, when I was twelve years old. When I initially walked into it, I
was intrigued by the concept of a business that complemented my
passion for automobiles. The thought of controlling a business, with
a large number of subordinates and a raucous atmosphere, appealed
to me. Since then, it has been my ambition to work in the corporate
world. This was a young, but intense, longing. I often reminisce about
the time when I was in Grade 5 and designed my first company logo
with a friend. With the passage of time, the urge grew greater.

Starting in high school, I became involved in clubs and began learning

about business concepts in addition to my studies. With a team of
three, I eventually founded "Unity International," a financial
organization based on my expertise, experience, and skills. Our
business worked to help students achieve financial independence by
allowing them to invest as little as 120 dollars in their savings. Our
team did its best to share our knowledge with all pupils in order to
make them aware of the financial market and the global economy.
The COVID-19 crisis engulfed and destroyed the global economy, and
my native country of Bangladesh was no exception. During that
period, the "Unity International" team stood as an umbrella for many
students trying to contribute to their family needs by introducing
them to paths of earning money and enhance their horizon of
knowledge.

I learned how a simple and delicate touch to the small ball may have
such an impact on the game through my participation in sports,
notably Table Tennis. When I compared the message to my own life,
I saw how tiny changes in life may have such a large impact. With the
learning, I established a non-profit organization named "Workers for
Revolution Bangladesh (WFRBD)" with 280 students from all around
Bangladesh. Through our actions, our team envisioned to make a
significant difference in the lives of those who are less fortunate. We
helped 600 individuals with daily necessities and garments to 2000
people during COVID-19, when the people of Bangladesh were
devastated both financially and mentally. We conducted educational
programs in the Jhautala and Motijhorna slums propagating the
importance of education, as well as providing sewing machines to aid
individuals in maintaining their livelihood.

To put my knowledge into practice, I completed two internships at

Jamuna Bank Limited, focusing on the Marketing and Finance
departments. Through it, with learning about the practices of the
subject on the bank, I was able to learn about cooperation and how
to be a decent corporate citizen. Through my experience, I've
learned how banks in Bangladesh can boost their marketing growth
prospects by incorporating new technologies such as Artificial
Intelligence into their current Core Banking Software (CBS-Flora). My
dream of assisting countless students on their academic difficulties
was fulfilled by starting as a Marketing & Academics officer at
“Initiative Bangladesh.” Starting as an officer and progressing to
Senior Marketing Officer has given me a sense of fulfilment and
confidence that I cherish to this day.

In the future, I hope to learn about economic and strategic

innovations in the corporate sector in order to stay up with the
blatantly competitive global market, as well as participate in in-depth
research to gain the ethics and societal awareness of starting new
firms. I want to major in Accounting and Finance and acquire my
Chartered Financial Accountancy (CFA) degree because it is my
dream to work as an Investment Banker for a multinational
corporation like Goldman Sachs or JP Morgan Chase and to be an
entrepreneur using what I've learned on this journey.
