induce and stimulate one’s appetite.
 A good appetizer, whether hot or cold should be light and served in small quantities
 Fresh vegetable and salads, fruits, or meat or even fish can be made
into appetizers.
 A food or drink served usually before a meal to boost appetite
 Its important that an appetizer should be colourful, dainty, decorated and well
presented.
 Should be light in nature so as not make the customer full without even trying the
main course and leaving no more space for dessert.
 Main function of the appetizer is to increase hunger and prepare you
for the main course.
