Everything is tested with Hwoarang.

If a move is from neutral with a single directional input,


it’s done after a 1 jab (+1 oB) into a move (as soon as
possible so no frames are wasted).

If a move has double, or triple directional inputs, it’s


tested after a 1 jab(+1 oB) with a move done as soon as
possible(so no frames are wasted) or done by a
dummy?.

If a move comes from a stance, it’s tested either from


raw stance entering (if possible) into a move or from a
particular transition into a stance move with
transitions and frames stated in the brackets.

All moves are tested range 0 if possible.

There may be mistakes because I’m not a good player


and I’m missing knowledge and experience. Some of
the notes in the brackets may be from my subjective
opinion or doing, because I may lack execution or
something else.
Some of the moves may be in wrong category or may
usually be part of more than one category. This
document is not intended as a character guide but as a
counter to characters, making categories is only to
make a move easier/quicker to find and that it gives
some structure to the whole document instead of
being a bunch of words, numbers and sentences.
