What does this table tell us re uploading in CLAPS?

1. All 4 schools have had their teachers register and upload teacher data except Baybay NHS and
Baybay SHS which lacks 15 teachers and 14 teachers respectively. Increase in teachers
registered vs No. of Teachers could be attributed to new (additional) teachers.
2. There is still a need to upload the competency gaps (PPST strand) of teachers in 2020 first cycle
LDNA using the excel) and currently for SY 2021-22. (SY 2022-23 should still be blank) specially
for Cabalasan, Baybay NHS and Baybay SHS.
3. If each teacher identified at least one competency gap (PPST strand) in a cycle, the number in
2020 and in 2021 columns should be equal to the number teachers registered. If a teacher
identified more than one competency gap then the numbers in the 2020 and 2021 columns will
be more than the number of teachers registered.
4. 4 schools have low uploading of their 2020 data. These are Cabalasan, Baybay NHS and Baybay
Sr. High School.
5. Baybay 1 have no data for 2021, and the other 4 schools need teachers to upload their 2021
data.
6. Only Baybay 2 have completely uploaded 2020 and 2021 data. Congratulations Baybay 2. Now
we can analyze and prepare the cycle 2 LDNA report.
