First, I am eager to complete the program successfully and begin working full-time in the industry I

choose. Job searching takes a lot of time and is challenging. I firmly believe that there are several
opportunities available for young, talented pupils. Now, I work for Walmart as an associate in asset
protection. For me, Walmart is the ideal location to discover and comprehend how the Canadian
workplace operates. Working in retail exposes one to Canadian consumers' personalities and wants. It's
also constantly busy, which helps me manage my time and execute what's anticipated on time.

What am I looking for? - Among the main reasons I want to start working as a Full-Time SUPPORT
MANAGER at Walmart as soon as I finish my studies and am prepared to begin is to receive
comprehensive training in managing pressure, providing exceptional customer service to all clients,
increasing sales for the company by offering suggestions for how to increase effectiveness, and
managing staff. I think the role of support manager is ideal for me since I want to develop my time
management, performance, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Where will you look? – I am looking for position of SUPPORT MANAGER in Walmart London, Ontario.
Preferably I want to work in the same store I am currently working in but if provided an opportunity of
going in some other store I will not hesitate to take that opportunity.

What’s your schedule? – Being a support manager is a difficult job. Every specific procedure that is
carried out at the store must be learned. All of the duties carried out by an Assistant Manager are
carried out by a Support Manager.

What am I doing to reach the desire position? - We have a program called the Individual Development
Program here at Walmart. In this program, we choose current assistant managers as our mentors who
instruct and direct us as we work toward that objective. Our mentors instruct us on all the activities that
take place at the store. I'm a participant in that program, and my mentor week has taught me new
things. We constantly set aside time for meetings each week so that my IDP progress can continue.

My future goals are crystal clear, and I'm taking all the required efforts to reach them. I think I'm on the
right route since I know what I want and where I want to go, and because of that, I'm concentrating on
the correct things, which will make my job search process easy and stress-free.

Thank you
