Teacher: Provided full assistance and monitoring to the learners.


Learning Resources:
 Provided the self-learning module (printed) of Food and Beverage Services
NCII to the learners
 Learners who can easily access the internet, send some link or website to
assess their needs.
 Video & Audio lessons were made, and quality assured by the division was
presented to the learners.
 Gave a Learning Activity Sheet as supplementary learning material to
learners.
 Constant communication and monitoring through online platforms like
messengers, phone calls, and text messages.
Learning Environment:

 In securing a safe learning environment by distributing and retrieving SLMs


every two weeks we follow the safety health protocol for example Using
physical barriers, such as wearing face shields, face masks, and partitions, to
separate educators and students
 It will also give ample time for the student to answer the modules.
Assessment:
 The assessment of the learners was given every two weeks assessments &
Performance tasks. through printed materials and online platforms like google
forms and sending pictures through a messenger.
 After checking their assessment, monitor the students who were not
able to pass the assessment or were not able to reach the passing score.
Remediation was given directly and provide supplementary materials.

School. Leadership and Management:


 Technical Assistance in making weekly home learning plans, individual
learning plans, and Individual learning Monitoring plans.
Community, Industry Relevance and Partnership:
 Coordination & Support of the Barangay officials, Purok President, and of
course the parents of the learners.
