Suggest that the applicant by nature is calm cool and collected,
unless he/she is heavily provoked.

Has a clear understanding of the rules of conduct: conscientious

Suggest that the applicant may seek assistance with his work from
time to time.

INTEGRITY
Suggest that the applicant might likely condone actions with
regards to theft and dishonesty. The reason could be, since most
are doing it, he/she just goes with the flow.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Suggest that the applicant does not have a well developed sense
of what is appropriate with co-workers of the opposite sex.
He/she might think that her/his actions are harmless and means
no offense.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE
It is suggested that the applicant can tolerate substance abuse, as
long as it does not bother nor affect his work output.
