DETAILED LESSON PLAN

I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, the students will able to:
a. Understand the nature and background of active recreation;
b. Identify the common injuries involved in recreation;
c. Establish awareness of appropriate first aid techniques on such injuries;
d. Participate in individual and group activity.
