 This rain to me looks like it has been added through maybe after effects
however I asked a friend and they think it has been drawn so im not
entirely sure. However I really like this one cause it looks so real.

has been added through after effects as I don’t think you could draw this
snow on animate. I really like this one because the snow looks iridescent
which I think has been done through after effects, I believe this adds to the
magic of the film and makes it look even more magical.
