Vehicle & Heavy Machinery Accident Prevention P F NA

(※) Based on the result of inspection, if an obvious malfunction is found for brake/ safety device/ driving gear/
hydraulic system, the use of the machine is prohibited. (Repair arrangement is done.)

Prevention of Heavy Material Collapse P F NA

Temporary lay- Collapse prevention measures are taken for heavy materials which might fall by toppling. (Materials: PC, steel
down work truss, steel beam, glass, SD (steel door), system formwork, unitized rebar, etc.).

Regarding handling heavy materials which might fall by toppling on a trolley or hand pallet jack, there is no
obstruction (steps, slopes, etc.) in the handling route. (Materials: mechanical device, glass, steel, etc.)

Trolleys or pallets are large and bearable enough for materials to handle. There are sufficient number of
workers.
Collapse prevention measures (guy wires, supports, etc.) are planned and taken in order to prevent heavy
