Philippine Development Plan (2017-2022) and The Ambisyon Natin
2040.
B. Reflection (Reflect on the learning that you gained from the webinar

Context
The Philippine Development Plan is the first medium-term plan
based on the National Ambisyon 2040. The Philippine Development Plan
2017-2022 seeks to facilitate Filipinos to achieve matatag, maginhawa,
and pinatatag na buhay. It recognizes the previous administration's
accomplishments, adopts good practices, and carefully considers the
lessons learned from these expectations. The Philippine Development
Plan (PDP) 2017-2022 is the new update strengthens the Philippine
Competition Act (PCA) by attempting to implement strategies that aim to
promote an environment that penalizes anti-competitive practices,
facilitates entry of new competitors, supports regulatory reforms, and
improves trade policies to encourage investment opportunities and
innovation. But it is also in the past few years ago last 2020 Covid-19
comes in our country many people are destroy in their job because of the
Covid-19 pandemic. Most companies are expanding in size as a result of
higher sales and market share, but size isn't the only factor.  In the
market, there is much more sustainability or resilience. Economies of
scale lead to reduced costs. more domination on the market. Since
Filipinos are clever and innovative, living luxurious lives in a largely
middle middle class and upper class trust society, the AMBISYON NATIN
believes that by 2040, all Filipinos should be enjoying a stable and
comfortable life, without anyone being poor. Ambisyon natin 2040
represents the Filipino people's collective long-term vision and

aspirations for themselves and the country

over the next 25 years. It describes the type of life people want to lead
and how the country will look in 2040. As such, it is the vision that
guides the future and serves as a foundation for the country's growth.

Experience
For this experience in the prospect of growth of businesses, we are
able to invest in our own way and on how we handle it. In this Year we
are able to catch up and hire the right and good people to manage our
business and to have a confident to promote our products and having a
good communication skill, and also to boost your customer service. You
might bring those underlying emotions and perceptions to light by
making personal a regular and important aspect of life. You train your
ego,' making it simpler to construct different behaviors and accomplish
short- and long-term goals. The end product is a graphic. Personal
development allows your workers to accomplish better outcomes and
achieve their goals throughout the year. You can expect to attract future
employees and keep your current employee population motivated,
productive, and confident by providing development opportunities at the
organization. Filipinos will also have a deeply established, comfortable,
and stable life by 2040. In 2040, we will all live in a stable and
comfortable surroundings, knowing that we will have sufficient capital to
afford our basic needs met as well as unexpected costs, and that we'll be
able to plan and prepare for our own and our collective future. We are
able to cooperate and be mindful off all things not everyone is stable so
we should be thankful of what we have right now. to stand up for their
rights and boost their well-being, whether at home and overseas, to
enhance their engagement in government and facilitate their
participation in the development of our country, and to ensure their
smooth integration into Philippine society.

Reaction
To raise the public awareness of the advocate for the Ambisyon
2040 and the Agenda 2030. In development planning, adopt the
ambisyon natin 2040 and agenda 2030 points of view. In the short term,
align the development plan with the PDP, implement programs and
initiatives that fulfill the development plans' targets, and conduct regular
monitoring. What I like best about the Ambisyon Natin 2040 is that it
envisions all Filipinos living in a stable and comfortable society where no
one is poor and everyone lives prosperously in a predominantly middle-
class and high-trust society. It is a representation of the Filipino people's
collective long-term visions and aspirations for themselves and the

country over the next 25 years. It describes the type of life that people
want to live as well as the country's future appearance in 2040. As being
such, it will serve as a

foundation and guide for development planning across the whole of

administration. I appreciate how clear and comprehensive the NEDA
presentation is. It represents the country's future set of personal and
collective goals. Matter of fact, the Ambisyon Natin 2040 is a vision that
will guide our country's development strategy and growth.

Application
It is all about the better future and the happening in our country
in the last 2 years ago when Covid-19 comes. Many people are striving
hard to find a work and some of them destroy their job because of the
Pandemic, a lot of people are not in Good condition or stable live because
of the Pandemic. Some of the youth are trying to achieve their goals in
life for the better future and to help their parents/guardian, some of
them are having a good plan for themselves. In this pandemic a lot of
people are trying to find a stable work. We are different kind of opinion or
dreams but in this time we are able to share our blessing and to have a
good communication. Don’t harsh other people we need to respect all the
decision and plan of other. Be happy and proud of what she/he have
right now. It aims to establish a stronger foundation for more financial
inclusion, a trust-based and resilient society, and a globally competitive
skilled workforce. And also to become a better person of our lives and we
are able to be responsible to all things the things that we have right now
and be who you are not be a fake or something be true to our self. But
also we are able to stand up for their rights and boost their well-being,
whether at home and overseas, to enhance their engagement in
government and facilitate their participation in the development of our
country, and to ensure their smooth integration into Philippine society.
We should be on the right things. Not comparing to others we are to
catch up all the things that we have. Some of people are not satisfying
their lives they’re not contented of what they have.
