DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting seminars, orientation for newly hired employees, researches and studies for the
improvement of safety in the project.
Providing for continue education of employees by disseminating safety publications,
instructions, rules, posters etc.
Initiate immediate stoppage of any operation that could cause death / injury or extensive
damage to property and notifying all concerned involved.
Meet with representative of clients and other contractors to discuss requirements regarding
accident prevention in thejobsite.
Attended job progress meeting to keep update on the current and future plans for the project
and to advise the project management on problems concerning accident preventions.
Conducting regular safety meeting such as toolbox, shop sub-committee and safety
consciousness campaign as per client / company policy.
Conducting daily routine inspection tositeemployee. Observe all safety rulesandregulations &
takes necessary action to obtain compliance with all safety policies.
Design and install different kind of safety signs (i.e. informative, directional, precautionary,
regulatory and others). Submitting weekly accident statistics and comparative analysis,
accomplishments/ activities reports & problems encountered for the period to the
management/client.
