HOTSPOT SNACK-INN

The business I’ve choose to interview is the Hotspot Snack-Inn. They are the most
popular snack-inn in our barangay municipality which is in the Balindong Lanao Del Sur. The
Manager there named, NORZAVIEL DIMANGADAP is the one who managing the whole
routine of the said business as he is the one budgeting for everything they expense. The Hotspot
Snack-Inn sets goal in their business as they keep it as a souvenir when they are from a small
profit.
there are some of their goals in their business;
1. To improve their building in a better place from which people can take view for
the said location.
2. To add some menu where people coming back for more.
3. To invest other types of businesses as a source.
4. To make the profit grow
5. To monitor their business as better than other competitors.
PERSONAL ENTREPRENEURIAL CHARACTERISTIC OF HOTSPOT SNACK-INN
The Personal Entrepreneurial Characteristic of Hotspot Snack-Inn taking their
opportunity to invest more businesses as a source of their business and gaining a profit and
calculating the expenses to observe how the investment help to grow. The efficiency and quality
of the said Snack-inn are those they are posting their Menu’s in social media as persuasion and
networking through their Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, and other account to spread
everywhere to make their business popular in the entire Philippines, also they are delivering their
foods in a package to the houses of the customers who ordered to them
The strongly commitment of hotspot snack raising up little by little by upgrading their
business from low profit to large profit. Somehow, the hotspot snack-inn are fulfilling their
dreams with full participations of the co-workers as the best contribute in their business. The
snack-inn was planning to expand their location to take grow investment between their fund and
financial gain equal for widen their business in a particular miscellaneous income. Their self-
confidences and independency expose in their selves starting from their experiences and it takes
motivate their selves to keep pursue their goals and also their dreams in life believing that the
opportunity waits for the future of hotspot snack-inn and to them.

The strength of the co-workers also the Manager of the hotspot snack-inn was the
inspiration came from their selves as the result of good organization and exploit success than
other competitors. Being able to straight forward in the success, the hotspot snack-inn
management controls some of the rules and regulations to determine the most appropriate course
of action to take. Furthermore, it is possible to achieve a better understanding of the hotspot
snack-inn organization’s performance through SWOT Analysis by challenging their risky

The weakness of the Hotspot Snack-inn. sometimes, they are lack of tools and
equipment’s where they need to provide income to add some menus. Also, the customers are not
always active so they need to sell their goods through online just keeping their capital stayed in a
target profit. Likewise, the other customers like cousins, relatives, and friends sometimes
borrowed money to the manager because of some reason and they are not fully paid it as well
when it comes to payment.
The opportunities that waiting for the hotspot snack-inn is to keep promoting their
business in the entire place of Lanao Del Sur aside from the municipality of Balindong Lanao
Del Sur so they get popular in the other places in mindanao area. Some of the visitors from other
places in mindanao came in hotspot snack-inn for visit and taking a best commend.
The possible threats that always encountered of hostspot snack-inn is in the online selling
because some of the customers are scumbag that sending an order and not taking it granted.
