Executive Summary

The Manila Hotel and Manila Peninsula Hotel are both popular hotels in
the Philippines that offer a quality service. In the government they give an exact
payment tax and have their licenses to operate a hotel. The hotels economic are both
famous to provide a products and sevices to guest. Also, they are famous in the tourists
to consume money and rendered services in the hotel. And sell a known product that
the Phillippines made. The company gives an enjoyment and excitement to satisfied
guest in the hotel. Also, they are updated by using a technology and provide information
to inquirers. It can cause a low income when the hotel experiences a natural disaster.

The companies has a nice facilities and amenities to offer to guest. Their
locations are easy to find because tourist can search it to maps. Guests didn’t identify
about the new product and services of hotel. It’s an opportunity of hotel to have an
innovation in technology. Because the hotel will advance to take action about the
issues. Then it will be easy to hotel to have a transaction in business through internet.
Although the both company threats are competitors, the companies are still very
competitive to compete with the other hotels.
