Hướng dẫn chung:
- Học viên làm bài cá nhân trên trang dec.hanu.vn.
- Học viên chọn một văn bản (nói hoặc viết) khoảng 300 từ và phân tích theo bốn câu
hỏi phía dưới. Học viên phải cung cấp nguồn của văn bản và ghi đầy đủ đoạn văn
mình lựa chọn trước khi trả lời câu hỏi. Nếu là ngôn ngữ nói (hội thoại, diễn văn, phát
biểu, phỏng vấn,…), học viên cần cung cấp đầy đủ lời thoại.
- Thời gian làm bài: từ ngày 31/10/2022 đến hết ngày 21/11/2022 (03 tuần).

Nội dung bài đánh giá kết thúc học phần:

Choose any spoken or written text of about 300 words and follow the instructions.
1. Select 15 words from the text and write the phonetic names of all the segments in each
word.
E.g.
cat /kæt/: voiceless velar oral stop + front open short vowel + voiceless alveolar oral stop
stripe /straɪp/: voiceless alveolar fricative + voiceless alveolar oral stop + post-alveolar
approximant + closing diphthong starting from /a/ + voiceless bilabial oral stop

2. Select 10 words from the text. For each word, choose one segment that is realized in a
specific way because of its phonetic environment, transcribe it narrowly, and provide an
explanation.
