Comprehensiveness of Annual Implementation

The Annual Implementation Plan of Kanalo Elementary School was aligned with the OPCRF to ensure that the target will be hit. First, in KRA 1-leading
strategically to strengthen shared understanding and alignment of at least 10 school policies, programs, projects and activities aligned to DepEd Vision, Mission and
Core Values communicated to wider school community every quarter as of 2022 we already implement this target school PPas, it is evident by submitting it ahead of
time and through monitoring and evaluation. Objective 2- Develop and implement operational plans at least 80% relevancy or consonance to institutional goals &
policies and review every quarter, evident by conducting quarterly review on the institutional goals and policies implemented, conduct of regular monitoring on the
programs implemented. Utilize at least 80% of relevant research findings from reliable sources in facilitating data-driven and evidence-based innovations to improve
school performance in a semester, last year teachers already conducted and participated in municipal research congress. Involve at least 80% participation of
teachers, learners & other stakeholders on policy development and decision-making towards school improvement in at least 5 programs, projects, and activities in
every quarter, this were evident through conducting of our SMEPA, AIP Crafting and SIP. Establish mechanism on monitoring and evaluation processes and tools to
promote learner achievement at least 80% conformance to QMS in every quarter, by conducting school meetings, conference with the learners, teachers, parents
and other stakeholders.
KRA 2 Managing School Operations and Resource. Capacitate at least 90% of school personnel and exhibit best practices in managing school data and
information using technology, including ICT to ensure efficient and effective school operations, through efficient utilization of resources. Manage finances and exhibit
efficient and effective practices in the management of finances consistently adhering at least 85% to policies, guidelines, and issuances in allocation, procurement,
disbursement and liquidation aligned with the school plan, by purchasing materials and project that will benefit the learners. Establish shared accountability and
systematize processes in managing school facilities and equipment in adherence of at least 85% to policies, guidelines and issuances on acquisition, recording,
utilization, repair and maintenance, storage and disposal, through improvement of the facilities and grounds. Manage staffing such as teaching load distribution and
grade level and subject area assignment in adherence of at least 85% to laws, policies, guidelines and issuances based on the needs of the school, by having an
organized deployment of teachers and teaching loads. Manage school safety for disaster preparedness, mitigation and resiliency to ensure 100% continuous delivery
of instruction, preparation of mitigation in case of emergency.
KRA 3-Focusing on Teaching and Learning, to review Learning Competencies across learning areas in all grade levels, to develop at least 30 contextualized
learning materials based on the identified least learned competencies, and to quality assure with 73% compliance to LR Standards, to produce contextualized
materials so far, we already have an additional 5 contextualized big books. To attain 60% or 5 out of 9 teachers promoted from Proficient to Highly Proficient Level.
We already have 2 teachers who have been promoted from teacher 1 to teacher 3, and others are still taking up their post graduate course. To attain 65% of the 281
learners with Proficiency Level or GPA of at least 80% in a year, we already produce GPA at least 80% last year. To ensure 100% adequate and appropriate learning
resources needed for the facilitation of the students' learning delivery modality, increased learner material ratio, we already provided instructional materials for our
learners. Develop and integrate at least 10 Programs, Projects, and Activities in the school curriculum to support student growth and school improvement vis-a-vis
approved AIP, harmonized PPAs to priorities set in AIP and learners need.
KRA 4 Developing Self and Other, participate atleast 2 seminars/webinars and other professional and personal development programs and conduct atleast 5
School-based In-Service Training in a year, teachers already attended lots of webinars and seminars during pandemic. Motivate and encourage teachers to enhance
knowledge, skills and attitudes of atleast 75% of teaching and non-teaching personnel on personal and professional development every semester or twice a year,
motivate teachers to enroll in graduate studies. Recognize exemplary performances of teaching and non-teaching personnel of atleast 85% compliance to the policy
guidelines set by the award-giving body once a year, increase number of teachers being promoted.
KRA 5 Building connection, To exhibit exemplary skills in strengthening relationships with 4 existing education partners and manage to increase at least 4 new
education partners in a year in sustaining the schools’ programs, activities and projects (PAPs) vis-à-vis AIP towards the improvement of school community for
inclusive and conducive learning environment to all learners, by conducting stakeholders forum. To exhibit exemplary practices and communicative skills in managing
6 School Organizations (such as Learners’ Org., Faculty Ass., Parents’ Ass., and Alumni Org., etc.) by applying at least 80% relevant to practices and guidelines in
determining their impact on the attainment of the institutional goals, through institutionalized of SNDS in targeted learning centers.
