1 – Need to align with the Capgemini team on the need for a specific resource for Master Data Responsible:
Ana Pattaro
2- For our next meetings about Customer Master Data is necessary to envolve: GDMC Team, Vehicle and
Spare Parts Team and SD SAP Team – Responsible Luciola Team ( Everton Cruz and Ana Paula Oliveira)
Importantly, the main focus is the SAP settings, the participation of the GDMC team is for knowledge of
the process, the focus of the team at this moment is the SAP processes and settings
3 – SAP team needs to send to the business Business team(Sales and Tax) the fields that need to be filled in
SAP to create the registration – It is necessary to define who from the Capgemini team will be responsible for
this activity - Responsible: Chen Yan, Jane, Ana Pattaro, Bruce and Patricia

1 – Send Excel of the Mapping of the Customer Registration in the GDMC Responsible: Felipe Amaral to Ana
Pattaro and Patricia Cunha - done ( Master Data cliente Pessoa física) .
2 – We need to be defined a specific meeting to discuss the J1BTAX with TAX Area Responsible: Ana Pattaro
and Patricia Cunha
