DR. BOLANOS HAS SOMETHING
"The road to success is always under
construction." Did you ever wish to
somehow have a glimpse of your future?
Have you ever wondered why we must first
face some difficulties that may discourage
us from pursuing our dreams before we can
finally achieve success?Or have you ever
wished desperately to find the button that
would transport you to the future after ten
years?
Well, life has two options to offer. It’s
either stay from your comfort zone and keep
on ranting about how hard life is, Or make a
choice to discovered the beauty of changes
that might lead you to the first level of
stepping on the ladder of success.
Achieving your goals in life doesn’t
just mean writing them on a piece of paper
and assuming that after a day you will
definitely have them.
It’s not an instant prize; you need to
strive not just hard but harder. Because
success is not an instant achievement.You’ll
always start from the bottom before finally
being at the top. Don’t expect a good result
if, in the first place, you already gave up
making an effort just because you didn’t get
the instant success you were expecting.
Dr. Bolanos Edna, who is one of those
educators who is motivated enough to
impart and open innocent minds through her
love of teaching as well as learning is a
good example of a person who didn’t accept
defeat despite the difficulties she
encountered, after finally achieving what
she has now.
However, behind Dr. Bolanos' success
is a story of a woman who struggled and
strived to win her own battles in achieving
those things she has now. Hardships are
truly the enemy of success, but a great
defendant of it is the strategy you will create.
The wheel of the future doesn’t always
revolve at the bottom.
You don’t depend on destiny; let
destiny depend on you. Because the secret
to get a bigger opportunity in the future will
always be in your hand, you will always
have the power to control what you want in
life. You just need to trust yourself and
pursue the little hope you have.
Because a process is a process, it will
somehow destroy what you have planned.
But at the end of the day, if you keep on
going, you’ll be the winner, and those
negativities will be the losers.
That’s what Dr. Bolanos did. She
strived harder and the will to succeed for her
future gave her the courage to finish her
baccalaureate degree as an English major in
Colegio de la Imaculada Conception in the
year 1995. She was like a clock that does
not stop and keeps on going.
Her determination to persevere in any
situation until her battery of opportunities
runs out, aided her in completing her
Master's degree. And graduated in 2012
from Bicol University. Pursuing what you
really want in life isn’t as easy as pie.
Patience is really part of your journey, along
with the process of achieving a goal.

She obtained her Doctorate Degree
from Ateneo de Naga University. Imparted
her learning at Bulan National High School,
Daraga National High School, and Manuel
T. Sia National High School. Experience is
a great teacher indeed. Who would’ve
thought that a person behind nothing would
be a person behind something. You
shouldn’t really doubt your ability to
succeed.

Your pace of success will always come

in time. The ingredients of patience and
action will be a complete taste of success.
She’s not yet done with achieving what she
really loves. Her list was still full of a
collection of actions she intended to take.
