How do you feel about the online class today (About the topics, Teacher, Classmates, and
Google Meet Class)?
All the reporters delivered their presentation very well. All my classmates also listening
well while the other one is reporting. I am very grateful also for our prof for giving me awesome
grade for my report and also thankful for my classmates for listening on my report.
There is a time-to-time interaction between my teacher and classmates which make the
class more enjoyable to listen. I learn a lot of topics today specially those topics reported by
some of my classmates. Most of the reports is all about quality and how it affects ones
organization.
From eight in the morning to twelve noon, I have lots of fun listening to the class. My
teacher and my classmates are very participative and observe that they are also listening well. I
also learn a lot about quality today.

2. What are the positive outcomes of online classes today?

There are many positive outcomes today, especially the impact of knowledge gained. All
the reporters delivered their reports well resulting the class learned a lot.
Today’s class I notice that all the report is all about quality ang improving ones
organization. I got a good grade on my presentation also the best impact on me on todays class.
I think gaining knowledge on all the reports today will help each and every one in life to
be better when in comes on providing and practicing quality.

3. What were the challenges met?

Challenges met on the class is only the bad connection of some of my classmates
sometimes me too. When it comes to the report, there is not problem because all the reporters
delivered their report well.
The internet connection is the issue maybe because of the weather, sometimes I cannot
open my cam and the audio is not clear. I think during reporting, everyone is listening and
participating and that is a good thing.
I am very grateful to all in the class especially our professor for giving us good grades.
We are one step closer for being exempted on the final exam.

4. What were the actions taken to overcome the challenges?

 From time to time, I fresh my browser and internet connection to avoid freezing of
presentation and audio interruption.
Overtime the connection is getting better after I refresh it. Overall, I had a great
experience during the class and I also gained knowledge big time.
The reporters delivered their reports with confidence and I can easily listen and
understand them.

5. Among the topics discussed today choose one theory/principle/model/style and describe
its impact on your current business/company/organization/work.
Throughout the discussion, Kaizen theory caught my attention. Kaizen theory believes in
achieving quality improvement by developing habits of making small but significant changes.
I am currently in a construction agency, determining the problem and correcting is a
very important tool. By knowing the mistakes of previous works, we are now making small
improvements to avoid those mistakes especially when it comes to time and quality. One of the
problems we encounter before is the delay of the materials but now we are telling contractors
to order ahead of time because some materials are very hard to find because of its lack of
supply.
Kaizen theory mainly helps company by creating small improvements, it is very
noticeable in a long period of time. It creates big impact to the quality we provide and achieve
costumers’ satisfaction.
