Immersion, its objectives, importance,
application, and implication
Work Immersion is a program by
INTRODUCTION
Department of Education where graduating
students can show their skills and talents
on their chosen courses. This program
really helps the students to enhance their
skills and enlighten their minds on the
things that they are lack of. It is also
considered as a stepping stone for them to
practice and develop their working self. It
will also help them to have final decision on
which track or path they will choose as they
enter to college. If they find it boring nor
bring them satisfaction it’s the time for them
to change up their mind. Work immersion is
beneficial for those who have no concrete
plan for their future.
As a graduating student, it will help us and

realized what we are lack of, so that we
can improve it and become a better one
through work immersion. But the fact that
we didn’t experience actual practice, we’re
still learning common terms and etiquette in
a work place. This program let us gain
knowledge by means school works /

As an intern, I am applying for a position in a
JOB INTERVIEW FINAL
hospital, and I am asked to describe how can I
managed a problem employee.An here's how I
QUESTION
respond to him:"At my previous years, I was
assigned to be a leader on a big project, and I had
this groupmate who was consistently late when
competing tasks, which slowed down the entire
work. I spoke to her in private and gave her a
warning, including a deadline for improvement.
When I saw no improvement, I spoke to her again
and let her know that I would be reporting her to
our subject teacher. I also gave her another
deadline for improvement. This was my
groupmate’s final deadline. Happily, after a week
period, she was completing her tasks in a timely
fashion. Not only was the problem solved, but her
increased productivity helped herself and complete
projects ahead of schedule. Which I was very
grateful. I gave her consideration and didn't just
removed from the group, instead I helped her to
improve what she was lacking."This is a challenge
for me, I have a choice to remove her because we
are already behind in the progress of the project
but I still prefer to do what is right as a professional
leader.
