Initiatives and Stories: With COVID-19 and so many difficulties, there hasn’t been an opportunity for good teambuilding. Everyone does a good job, but we felt that something was missing to bring the NICCA family together as “One NICCA.” NUS decided to form a team to plan small events and activities outside of work to promote teambuilding. We proposed each event and a small budget to the leadership for approval. Birthdays Quarterly Activities Existing Events

Everyone is smiling, laughing,
working together, interacting with people from other departments. Really promotes “One NICCA” spirit. Appeal Point and Future Outlook Even activities such as Birthday Recognition NUS Future Plans and Tanabata, which take <1 hour, have brought everyone at NUS together. The team especially enjoys activities with friendly competition such as Safety Day which include teams and prizes and expands our safety mindset.
