Initiatives and Stories:
With COVID-19 and so many difficulties, there hasn’t been an opportunity
for good teambuilding. Everyone does a good job, but we felt that
something was missing to bring the NICCA family together as “One NICCA.”
NUS decided to form a team to plan small events and activities outside of
work to promote teambuilding. We proposed each event and a small
budget to the leadership for approval.

 Even activities such as Birthday Recognition NUS Future Plans
and Tanabata, which take <1 hour, have
brought everyone at NUS together.
 The team especially enjoys activities with
friendly competition such as Safety Day
which include teams and prizes and expands
our safety mindset.
