Title : MY CITY “ The city of Sunflower” ( Sample title only)
Submission Type : Word File and PowerPoint Presentation
Submission Date : Presentation one week after the Midterm Exam
Points to earn : 100 POINTS
30 points-Copy of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the City/Municipality as your
basis to describe your chosen place. Since this is a document designed to guide the
future. actions, a vision for the future, as it has long-range goals and objectives that could
affect the local government and. the community.
50 points-Detailed Description of the Chosen City/Municipality.
20 points-Timeliness

Objective of the Activity: The purpose of this activity is to describe the city base on the Existing CLUP & base
on
the Actual observation of the chosen City/Municipality within the Bicol Region.

Instructions:
1. Create a group with 3 members, it is a self-organized grouping.
2. Choose a CITY/MUNICIPALITY within the Region
3. Established the origin and history of the Place and its future plans.
4. Take a photo of the different ELEMENTS OF URBAN you observed
a. Buildings
b. Public Spaces
c. Streets
d. Transport
e. Landscape
5. Produce a PowerPoint Presentation that will be presented one week after the Scheduled Midterm
Examination.
6. Each group member must present based on the actual observation of the chosen City/Municipality. And
will draw a Conclusion.

Notes:
1. PowerPoint E-file must be submitted in our Google Classroom after the Class presentation
2. Be observant as you can to describe your City/Municipality.
3. Do not forget to put your group name, group member, date submitted, and title of the assessment.
