RESOLUTION NO. 029

Series of 2017
A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE TARLAC ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE
(TARELCO I) TO INSTALL A SEPARATE ELECTRIC TRANSFORMER NEAR THE PURA
MUNICIPAL BUILDING

WHEREAS, due to fluctuating power supply hereat, appliances (e.g., air-conditioning units) and
other office equipment of this Local Government Unit (LGU) usually bogs down or malfunctions;

WHEREAS, in order to solve the said problem, there is a necessity for the TARELCO I to install
a separate electric transformer hereat;

NOW THEREFORE, on unanimous motion presented, be it:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to earnestly request the Tarlac Electric Cooperative

(TARELCO I) to install a separate electric transformer hereat.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish a copy this resolution to MR. ALLAN G. BERMUDEZ,

General Manager, TARELCO I, Barangay Amacalan, Gerona, Tarlac, thru MRS. JUANITA I. GAMIT,
Director, for his kind approval and favorable consideration.
