Work immersion is a type of senior high school instruction that prepares
and familiarizes pupils with work-related environments. Work immersion,
on the other hand, has laws and regulations as well as the terms and
conditions of the memorandum of understanding in place to ensure that
students are safe during their training. Parental consent is required for
school recognition by a government agency, and having a MOA is one of the
school's rules. The goal of a Memorandum of Agreement is to ensure the
safety of the student. The terms and conditions of MOA include having
access to a certain institution through a partnership, assurance of the
workplace, supply of a mentor, lists of activities, insurance for learners, and
the ability for students to have a comfortable training experience in a work-
related context. Aside from the protection that work immersion has
brought, some schools should take precautions to protect their pupils as
well. That is why the Department of Education has developed rules for the
school to follow. Rules prohibiting tobacco industry school cooperation,
protecting kids from any type of abuse, and any other laws that ensure the
trainees' safety are examples.

3. Contemplation
Work immersion presents a unique challenge for me as a student because I
am accustomed to focusing solely on schoolwork and ignoring the need to
work. However, now that I am a young adult, there are some things that
should be taught to me and familiarized with me, one of which is work
immersion. Working entails not only ensuring that you've completed your
duties as a worker, but also taking responsibility for adhering to the norms
and regulations in order to protect ourselves from harm.
