BPED 4-4 PRACTICE ASSIGNMENT
BPED 155: APPLIED MOTOR LEARNING & CONTROL OF EXERCISE, SPORTS AND DANCE

To learn a new skill and to improve performance, people must practice, get
feedback, and make adjustments. Progress occurs by trying, understanding what
works and what does not work, course-correcting, and trying again. By definition,
learning requires people to step out of their comfort zone.

"Practice makes perfect," We are already familiar with that kind of notation. It tells us about how practice can change
us. Whether it is in sports or academics, practice can lead to success. Everyone encounters circumstances in daily
life that make them work harder to accomplish goals. People who aspire to a successful career push themselves to
excel in their chosen fields. As students, we practice all of the skills we will need in the future while in school. As
future educators, we must continue to practice how to improve our pedagogical teaching skills so that when the time
comes when we are licensed professional teachers, we can provide a higher-quality education to our students. By
practicing more, we can learn new skills and strategies that can improve our overall performance. We just need to
practice more, get feedback from our superiors, and make a lot of adjustments. That is why, if there is a goal that
needs to be reached, working hard is the way to achieve it. It may come naturally, but with practice, perfection will
follow. Without practice, nobody would be perfect.

"Life is progress." We all know that progress implies change. It is about trying something more, understanding what
works and what does not work, course-correcting, and trying again. "Progress" means it is the process of gradually
improving or getting nearer to achieving or completing something. The desire for advancement is a normal aspect of
existence. Progress is defined as the onward or forward progress toward a goal or objective. This definition may
sound straightforward, yet it may occasionally be difficult to achieve. Each of us has a life goal. There are underlying
reasons why we wish to accomplish our goals. It can be that we want to feel happy and successful in life and to do
something. This method of thinking emphasizes the importance of progress, making it crucial to complete tasks with
the greatest effort possible. such as how we want to become future educators while we are still students. We want to
see progress if we are already nearing that goal. That is what we called progress.

"A learning is an effective learner." For me, learning is a lifelong process that is always evolving. It produces unique
and unforgettable experiences that enable me to leave feeling better about myself than I did when I started. Learning
has helped me to better understand who I am as a person and to identify my strengths and areas for improvement,
which I do every day. It is about requiring people to step out of their comfort zone. Every day, as future educators, we
strive to learn something new. We want to be more effective educators and become more professionals. Furthermore,
continued learning is very important and necessary because it leads to new opportunities. Lifelong learners are
happier, healthier, and live longer. Those who continue with formal education have a significant financial advantage
over the course of a lifetime. And a well-educated citizenry makes for a better society for all of us.

Therefore, I conclude that practice, progress, and learning are all about how people can change
themselves to become better versions of themselves.
