JUSTIFICATION
This is to justify the Outstanding Performance attained by MRS. JOANN S AQUINO, a
Master Teacher II in Grade VI handling English and Journalism. Mrs. Aquino is a dedicated
and hardworking Master Teacher. She works harmoniously with her co-workers. She is
willing to accept any task assigned to her. She works on her tasks promptly and with very
satisfactory outputs. She is one teacher who can be depended upon.
Her accomplishments this school year 2021-2022 are as follows:
1. Awarded as 5-STAR Winner in the Division Instructional Video-Making Contest, Oct.
25, 2021;
2. Awarded as Global Innovative Educator during the International Training for
Enhancing the ICT Skills of Educators;
3. Published a Research Paper in Instabright Magazine, Oct. 30, 2021
4. Served as Resource Speaker in the ClassPoint Webinar for All Educators, May 16,
2022;
5. Served as Resource Speaker in the Training for the Development and Promotion of
Campus Journalism, Nov. 17, 2021;
6. Served as Resource Speaker during LEM with the theme “Educational Tool: A Road
to Motivational Learning;
7. Acted as Demonstration Teacher during the 5-day International Online Conference
and Demonstration Teaching;
8. Served as Trainer in Different Journalism Contest
- Feature Writing, 4th Place, Division Level
- Pagsulat ng Balitang Pampalakasan, 4th Place, Division Level
- Pagkuha ng Larawan, 4th Place, Division Level
- Science Article Writing, 5th Place, Division Level
9. Member of the School Research Team;
10. Acted as Emcee during the District 5 In-Service Training for Teachers, Feb 2, 2022;
11. Served as Emcee during the GAD Webinar 2021 with the theme “Gender Sensitivity
and Women Empowerment in a Healthy and Safe Environment” conducted on
October 6, 2021;
12. Edited modules used in Capacitating Selected Teachers in Developing their Skills in
Music in the Light of Distance Learning;
13. Performed and mentored actively and effectively as Master Teacher to teachers
under her supervision in planning, implementing and mentoring school programs
and projects that contributed to the achievement of the DepEd’s vision and mission
for school year 2021-2022;
14. Used technology to make her teaching and learning more interesting and
meaningful;
15. Encouraged teachers to use ClassPoint to make their online teaching engaging and
motivating;
16. Served as volunteer teacher in the limited face-to-face classes from May to June,
school year 2021-2022;
17. Served as member of the FMGES Team in “Capacitating Selected Teachers in the
Developing their Teaching Skills in Music in the Light of Distance Learning.”

With her exemplary achievements, the undersigned firmly believes that she
deserves a rating of Outstanding.
