Activity 2.1: Learning Enhancement/Extension

1. Choose one (1) out of the six (6) given Zumba Dance Exercises with Basic
and Other Variations of Steps. Interpret the basic step patterns, follow the
steps on the video and perform your chosen Zumba Dance Exercise. Provide
1-2 pictures (practices) and video of yourself (final output/performances), then
send it through GClassroom (Category A & B) & Messenger or Email it to
loretodm@cnu.edu.ph (Category C). (Time Limit 2-3 minutes) excluding

1. What do you think of your fitness results? Have you achieved your goals?
Please elaborate.
Satisfied, but still need to do more in order to successfully achieve my
goals. Yes there are changes upon doing the line dances and zumba
exercise. I am not really into this kind of thing, but as days went by. I find
myself enjoying zumba and line dance. Especially the footloose line
dance. I really love the beat, apart from that. That music was played in
my favorite netflix series and the characters danced to it which made me
eager to learn the steps. Apart from that, the zumba exercises really set
my mood. After doing it, I just felt tired and at the same time satisfied
with all the sweat that was released.

2. What changes do you need to make?


Take exercise seriously and make it part of the daily routine. I will also
create goals that are needed to be achieved in order for me to motivate
while exercising.

3. What do you need to do to increase your fitness (1-5) priority orders?


1. Do hiking at least 2 times a week.
2. Drink more than 8 glasses a day if needed just to stay hydrated.
3. Workout or exercise during my freetime.
4. Do cardio zumba exercises
5. Rest and sleep at least 8 hours.

4. What other ways and techniques for you to do to have a healthier and
enjoyable life after learning Line dancing and Zumba dance as part of your
exercise routine? Please elaborate your answer.

Doing basic work out has always been part of my weekly


routine, but engaging with Zumba and Line dancing were
never part of it. So I have come up with a plan to engage
in these two activities at least twice a week.
