ACADEMIC TASK: Presentation (Individual)
OBJECTIVE OF THE TASK: To evaluate the presentation skill through analysing
the conceptual clarity about the topic given to the
students.

DETAILS OF ACADEMIC TASK: Student will be given topic from the syllabus
covered so far. Topics are : 1 Evaluate to the Davis
and Moore functional theory of social stratification
according to the contemporary society.
2. Explain the Class and Class conflict theory given
by karl Marx
3. Given the outline to the caste theory on basic of
social hierarchy to the present situation
4. Describe the Indological, Mandal commission
Students can choose any one of the topic among the
above given and present the class room
