constructed to the design requirements subject to the working off the Phase 3 Punch list or completion
of agreed and documented outstanding works. The Client acknowledges that on signature of this
document by the relevant parties that the risk and responsibilities for the sectional areas reverts to the
Client for any damages that occur, that are not indicated on the agreed punch list or agreed outstanding
work.
